The penthouse is situated on the fourth floor of Elisabeth, with stunning panoramic views of the mountains from each of the three balconies. Access is via private lift (allowing full disabled access) or stairs.
The apartment has been equipped to an extremely high standard, and comprises a large spacious open plan area, incorporating fully fitted kitchen area, dining area, and a stylish lounge seating area positioned for maximum access to the marvellous views of the surrounding countryside.
Other features include exposed wooden beams to the roof and solid oak flooring complete with under floor heating. The lounge leads to a large terraced balcony offering a taste of al fresco living.
The lift and stairs both terminate in the basement, which houses a separate secure ski room for each apartment, and has an underground walkway to the reserved car parking areas.
This walkway also leads to the health and leisure centre and spa complex, to which all residents have the privilege of access.

There are six of these luxury apartments in the Elisabeth building, two per floor.
Numbers 1 and 2, situated on the ground floor have the benefit of full disabled access
Numbers 3 and 4, situated on the first floor have the added flexibility of interlocking doors, permitting access between the two apartments if required, to form a six bedroomed apartment for larger parties.
Numbers 5 and 6, due to being situated on the third floor, have an exceptional viewpoint of the surrounding countryside, a benefit shared with the other apartments in the block.
All six apartments have the same basic lay out, though apartments 1 and 5 have upgraded their furniture and fittings beyond the already luxurious specification of the other four. There may be some slight differences between apartment lay-outs, but the facilities remain the same
